How/where will I be able to get my bike serviced?
At Lectric, we understand that buying an eBike online can come with concerns about where and how your bike will be serviced. Our bikes were designed with repairability in mind, which ensures that most repairs may be completed remotely by the bike owner or a local bike shop.
Not only are our bikes maintenance-friendly, but our customer support team is also there to educate, assist, and provide resources at every step of the process. If necessary, we can ship replacement parts directly to you and provide detailed installation instructions.
In some instances, we may recommend you bring your bike to a local bike repair shop for service. In this case, we can communicate with you and the shop to ensure things go smoothly with the repair.
In extremely rare cases, we may ask you to ship your bike to us for repair at our facility.
