My bike won't turn on?

Let's double-check that everything is in place for your bike to turn on.

  1. First, be sure to charge your battery until the light on your charger turns green, depicting a full charge. This may take a few hours.
  2. Next, it's important to note that each model arrives specifically packaged to prevent shipping damage and to keep your electrical system intact. Depending on your model, there may be specific key positions required to power on the eBike or some electrical cables may need to be plugged in. Be sure to watch our First Ride video tutorials to ensure you have followed all the steps for your model.
  3. After following the first ride video tutorials, if your eBike is still not powering on, inspect your electrical cables. Begin at the handlebars and follow each cable until you find the quick-plug connectors. These connectors are located throughout the eBike and can be pulled apart (do NOT twist), inspected for damage, and then pushed back together (using the arrows on the side to match) to ensure they are all connected properly.
