The Lectric Garage: Service Drop-Off Guidelines
The Lectric Garage is our official showroom and service hub, located at 2311 West Utopia Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
We’re proud to offer free in-person service at The Lectric Garage for all open-box eBikes purchased from us, for as long as you own your bike!
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how our in-store service process works.
Before You Visit:
- Check our hours of operation. We can only accept eBike drop-offs during The Lectric Garage's open business hours. Visit the hours page for the most up-to-date information.
- Please remove any personal items such as locks, bags, or lights before dropping off your bike. Lectric eBikes is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the bike during service.
Dropping Off Your eBike:
- Your bike will be placed in a first-come, first-served queue. While we aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, same-day turnaround is not guaranteed.
- At drop-off, we’ll provide you with an estimated completion date. Service may take up to 5-7 business days for completion.
- Once your eBike is ready, we’ll notify you right away via your preferred contact method.
Picking Up Your Bike:
- Please plan to pick up your eBike within 14 days of receiving your service completion notification.
- A valid photo ID (such as a state-issued ID) may be required at pickup.
- After 14 days, a $10/day storage fee may apply.
- All fees must be paid before your bike is released back to you.
Bikes left for more than 60 days after notification will be considered abandoned property. In these cases, Lectric reserves the right to donate, recycle, or otherwise responsibly dispose of the bike.
By dropping off your eBike for service at The Lectric Garage, you agree to the above guidelines.
