Securing cargo into the Pannier Bag:
- The top lid of the XL Cargo Pannier Bag is secured via 3 buckles and 2 pieces of velcro. To open the lid, begin by pinching the middle tabs of each buckle until it pops open, then pull the lid up until the velcro detaches.
- For taller cargo contents, first, tuck the lid into the pannier bag and place it flat on the back of the bag. Once the lid is tucked, place your cargo into the bags, being sure to distribute the weight on each side accordingly. Do not exceed the 33 liters of cargo capacity per bag.
If you would like to use the lid, place the lid over the top of the cargo, being sure the 2 velcro pieces engage once again. Next, secure the 3 buckles by pushing the top of the buckle into the bottom until an audible click is produced. Perform a pull test to be sure the lid is secure.
