Shipping Process & Order Status

Understanding our shipping process will help answer questions regarding your order status and give you an idea of what happens behind the scenes!

Let's break it down:

When you place an order for a bike or accessory, there will be a shipping time frame listed on the product page upon purchase. This will be the most current estimate in regard to when your order will ship.

After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation in your email.
Our eBikes and accessories are manufactured in batches. Once each batch is completed, they are shipped to our warehouses.

If we do not have stock, the amount of time that it takes for the product to be manufactured and arrive at our warehouses helps us produce a shipping estimate for our customers when they order.
Shipment Preparation
After the bikes and accessories arrive at our warehouse locations, our staff must then prep the shipments. This includes product checks, sorting, and creating a shipping label for each item.

Once the label is made (just prior to shipping), you will receive an email with your tracking number.
This tracking number will be invalid until it is scanned in by the carrier. This may take up to 3-10 business days.

Once each bike or accessory has a shipping label and the shipment is ready, delivery trucks come to pick them up and send them to the intended customer.
Due to the size of each bike and batch, shipping trucks are limited on how many they can pick up per day.

If you order an eBike, your battery may ship separately. In this event, you will receive a separate tracking number for your battery. This will help to expedite your overall shipping process.
When your package is picked up by the carrier, they will scan the shipping label and your tracking number will be made valid.

The Carrier will produce an estimated delivery date based on their schedule and your location. This will be the best estimate as to when your order will arrive.

Our shipments do not require a signature so it is important to plan and make accommodations for your delivery time.
Your package should arrive at the provided shipping address on the date specified on the tracking link.

Lectric will send you a final email notifying you of the delivered status.
